What to submit/prepare?

Dinah - 1 minute song of your choice

All others: 1 minute of a musical theatre song; 1 minute of a Jazz standard (see “Jazz Options” for ideas if needed)); cold reads given in auditions (sent to Dinah auditions in advance).

Video Submissions:

Video auditions are being accepted until May 5th, 2024. Email your submission to remira.pryce@bluecanoetheatrical.ca. After your songs are received, you’ll be sent a cold read to film and submit.

In-Person auditions (auditions and callbacks at the Blue Canoe Studio)

Sunday, May 5th -> 9:30am-12:30pm

Monday, May 6th -> 6pm-8pm

Tuesday, May 7th -> 6:15pm-8pm

Go to “Appointments and Private Lessons,” select your date and time.

Callbacks will be Monday, May 13th from 4-8pm. Please note there will be acting, singing, and dancing at callbacks. Not everyone who has auditioned will be required to attend callbacks.
