  • Kim Dolan, General Manager

    Kim Dolan is native to Kingston and is pleased to be home and serving her community. Kim holds a Masters of Music Therapy from Wilfrid Laurier University and is an Accredited Music Therapist (MTA) working in the region. She has always been passionate about the arts and creative expression and is an advocate for the use of arts for wellness and self-expression. Kim has deep ties to Blue Canoe Productions having been involved in a variety of productions since 2007. She has been involved in various capacities both on and offstage in productions including Seussical, RENT, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Spring Awakening, and Newsies. Kim has a breadth of administrative and creative experience with other art initiatives including The Kingston Store Front Fringe Festival, Laurier Musical Theatre, and Laurier's A Cappella group (Hawkapella). Kim is looking forward to continuing her engagement with the Kingston youth arts scene and is thrilled to be a part of the dynamic and experienced Blue Canoe Team.

  • Cam Watson, Managing Director

    Raised in Kingston, Ontario, Cam has always had a passion for the arts, education, and inclusive experiences. Cam developed and nurtured her passions during childhood through working on productions with Bottle Tree Productions and her dance training at Kingston School of Dance. After high school, Cam lived in Ottawa, Ontario where she was able to work as Vice President of the University of Ottawa Musical Theatre Society and stage managed numerous production such as Peter Pan at Ottawa Little Theatre and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang with Orpheus Musical Theatre. She has also served many roles in youth recreation and programming including fulfilling the role of Coordinator of Camps and Youth Recreation at YMCA of Eastern Ontario. Now back in Kingston, she is very grateful to be able to combine her experience in theatre and youth programming to provide accessible opportunities within the arts for the youth of Kingston.

  • Fiona Fox, Juvenis Managing Director

    Fiona Fox grew up in the windy city of Kingston where she developed a keen interest in the arts. Over the past few years, she has been working on several creative writing projects in varying genres. In 2020 she graduated from Queen’s University in Art History and then returned to school a year later to graduate with a certificate in Scriptwriting from Algonquin College in 2022. During her role with the Juvenis Festival, Fiona hopes to continue to build experience in the creative arts as well as form meaningful relationships with the Kingston community through helping facilitate accessible arts programming in the city.
